How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are fulfilled and shipped from The Hopeful Neighborhood Project Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped. If you would like a tracking number, please email hope@hopefulneighborhood.org and one can be provided for you. 

  


 

Shipping Options and Costs

Shipping and handling costs are based on product weight and will be calculated at checkout based on the options available for your purchase.

  • FedEx Ground: Offers delivery in 1-5 days from ship date* within the continental United States and 3-7 days to Alaska and Hawaii. FedEx Ground delivers packages Monday-Friday.
  • FedEx Express Saver: Offers delivery in 3 business days from ship date*.
  • FedEx Ground Home Delivery: Offers delivery in 1-5 days from ship date* within the continental United States and 3-7 days to Alaska and Hawaii. FedEx Home Delivery delivers packages 7 days a week.
  • USPS Priority: Offers delivery in 1-3 days from ship date* within the continental United States.
  • USPS Ground Advantage: Offers affordable shipping with delivery in 2-5 days from ship date* to all 50 states, U.S. military bases, territories, possessions, and Freely Associated States.

 


 

Can I place an order outside of the U.S.?

Our online store only allows for orders and fulfillment in the United States.  For information on ordering in other countries, please contact us.

 


 

What payment options are offered?

All orders must be pre-paid. (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted.) Your credit card will be charged the amount of your order at the time your order is submitted.

To view the status or details of your orders, change your profile information, or change your password, select Account at the top of the page.

 


 

What is the return policy?

To return an item within 30 days of order receipt call us at 833-343-1509. Please be prepared to share your order information, the reason for return, and list the item(s) you are returning.

Pack the item(s) that you are returning to us. Enclose a copy of your packing slip and wrap the package securely. Be sure to apply adequate postage. Our Returns Department will issue your credit within 4-7 business days after receiving your package. All returns and billing questions must be resolved within 30 days of order receipt.
